Job description

We are looking for an exceptional Full Stack Web Developer who is passionate about developing the best online customer experience for our internal projects & our client projects. This position is our first full-time, in-house software development position and we are looking for someone with experience in Webflow. The Full Stack Developer will work closely with our creative team, as well as work with additional internal and external resources as our team grows. The role has the potential to evolve into leading our web development team.

You will be responsible for creating website functionality and web-based software for internal and client projects.

Responsibilities

  • Internal product development, from front-end to back-end, working closely with design.
  • Integrating with and managing third-party APIs
  • Accurately estimate your time, and revise estimates promptly when things change.
  • Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including conception, prototyping, performance tests, and post-launch evaluation / maintenance.
  • Work closely with creative team to define problems and goals, map end-to-end user flows, build prototypes, and launch new products and services.
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure the proper integration of analytics, tracking of events, as well as integration of additional marketing tech (eg. Community, Intercom, etc.)

About You:

  • 3+ Years of Web Development Experience in
  • High Attention to Detail
  • Experience in Webflow (Required)
  • Past successful web products delivered
  • Customer Experience is a priority
  • Able to collaborate with a team, as well as being able to work autonomously
  • You have great communication skills and are ready to discuss your ideas in a constructive manner. You are comfortable with giving and receiving critical feedback.
  • Community is important for you
  • You are results-oriented and don’t give up easily when things get complicated.

Great Additional Preferences:

  • Experience in other CMS & e-commerce web platforms (eg. Shopify, Clickfunnels, etc.)
  • Prior experience working in a start-up business or closely with the founders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $3,500 per month
